Pre-Order Policy

Pre-ordered items are guaranteed to ship within 2 weeks of the date of purchase. Once the item is shipped (U.S. Domestic Shipping only) the estimated shipping is within 3-4 days.

If you purchase item(s) that are currently available (not pre-order) along with a pre-order item(s). Your order will be shipped when all items, including your pre-ordered item(s), are ready. If you need item(s) that are currently available within domestic shipping window please place a separate order. 

Payment for pre-orders are collected at the time of purchase. You will be informed of any production updates or changes to the estimated shipping date via email.
